Ayanna brings 20+ years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, and brand management to the industry. Ayanna's work, both domestically and internationally, taught her to listen closely and build harmonious working relationships with multiple parties solving complex problems.

Originally from Detroit Michigan, Ayanna was attracted to Chicago's diverse business climate and strong neighborhoods. After graduating from Florida A&M University she began her career in the audit and advisory practice at Deloitte. Later an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management allowed a career switch to brand management where she worked on a number of familiar consumer brands like Jimmy Dean, Ball Park, and Spice Islands.
Ayanna enjoys bike rides on the lakefront with her husband and two daughters. The family also enjoys the many restaurants, museums and parks in Chicago in their spare time.
