Megan Hanrahan Livatino has excelled at everything she's done throughout her career. From athletics to academics to business success, she brings a passion to an industry that she's always loved in real estate. Megan joined the Scott Stavish Group within @properties in 2019 and had a very fast and successful start to her career. The Scott Stavish Group has been involved in over 665 transactions, totaling over $385 million in sales.
Megan is an Evanstonian through and through. Born on the north side of Chicago, she moved to Evanston as a young child with her family in 1976. Megan graduated from Evanston Township High School in 1991 where she excelled as a three-sport star athlete, playing volleyball, basketball, and soccer all 4 years. She went on to play volleyball at Northwestern University and graduated with a BS in Organizational Studies. From there she earned an MS in Human Resources from Loyola University and an MA in Elementary Education from National Louis University.
Previous to working in real estate, Megan co-founded the Evanston-based nonprofit organization, Girls Play Sports, where she served as Executive Director. She grew GPS to 5 distinct programs and 2,000 program participants each year. Megan was recognized by espnW and Toyota in 2018 as a Toyota Everyday Hero for her work with Girls Play Sports. In addition, Megan received the Hixon award from the Kiwanis Club and the Buddy Portugal Award from the Justin Wynn Foundation for the contributions she made serving children in the Evanston community.
Megan honed many important business skills in her previous experiences. As an executive director, communication, organization, time management, negotiation, marketing, and development skills were incredibly important to her organization's success and carry over to her becoming a successful real estate agent. Megan prides herself on her role as a trusted real estate advisor; perfectly combining that passion she carries for both her love of real estate and the Evanston community.
Megan is passionate about the youth in the Evanston community, where she still serves as a member of the GPS Board of Directors. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her three children and her husband. She enjoys biking, walking her dog, spending time watching youth sports and summer nights on her paddleboard at our gorgeous Evanston beaches.
