A native of the Northern suburbs of Chicago, John Ruder has lived in Wrigleyville, Gold Coast, River North, and the West Loop neighborhoods after attending the University of Indiana in Bloomington. He graduated in 2003 with degrees in Spanish and Sociology in Business. Before joining Daprile Properties in 2017, John flourished in roles as a Mortgage Broker and Logistics Analyst. It did not take him long to make his mark in the real estate world. In 2018, John's first full year as a broker, he was recognized as a Top Producer by eclipsing almost 5 million dollars in sales. With his instant success, John was the envy of many top firms. He was heavily recruited and ultimately decided to join @properties in December of 2019.
In just 5 years, John has left his footprint all over the state of Illinois. Incredibly he has already been involved in and closed multiple deals in Highland Park, Highwood, Glencoe, Fulton Market, West Loop, River North, Gold Coast, Albany Park Lakeview, West Town, Lincoln Park, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukranian Village, and Portage Park to name a few.
