As a former financial institution manager, Dione uses her deep familiarity with the lending process and background in coaching and development to guide her clients through their real estate needs. In this way, she is able to help her clients better identify value in property in order to build wealth through real estate.
Dione's successes as a broker are highlighted by her client's growing referrals. She prides herself on building genuine meaningful relationships with her clients. By growing a deep relationship with all of her clients and values their trust in her experience, Dione's business is 95% referrals from her clients.
Dione is a lifelong Chicagoland resident. She was born in the Philippines but raised from the suburban town of Niles and graduated with a Bachelor degree from DePaul University. Dione knows the ins and outs of our various neighborhoods. She has lived in many of them herself and currently resides in the Irving Park neighborhood with her fiancé Chris and dog Lady Lila. She is an active member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and she spends time giving back to her community at Habitat for Humanity, Soul City Church and Love Works.
In addition, Dione has a strong interest in both interior design and art. She loves to travel all over the world and capture the beauty of the various places she visits. When she's not working with her clients, Dione enjoys traveling, riding her Peloton or you can find her around the city visiting various galleries or trying out a new restaurant.
