Cathy is a member of @properties Christies International Real Estate's East Lincoln Park and Glencoe offices. After serving as a Vice President for Residential Sales with one of the nation's top real estate teams specializing in Chicago's near north side, Cathy joined forces with her mother, renowned north suburban agent Julie Deutsch, until Julie's retirement in 2022. Deutsch Residential continues to proudly serve clients from as far north as Lake Bluff to as far south as Hyde Park.
Prior to launching her career in real estate, Cathy was a fundraising executive for the University of Chicago, where she secured transformational philanthropic investments in science and medicine. She graduated from the University of Vermont, studied in Avignon, France, and is fluent in French (and enjoys French wine!). Cathy grew up in Highland Park and is a long-time resident of Chicago's Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods. Her passions include traveling, hiking, and collecting art.
