Kelly's background includes a long career of guiding people. She worked for a job placement firm consulting with various companies including Chicago's top accounting, law, and advertising firms. In this career, she mastered the art of successful negotiations while helping people find their dream job. She also worked as a business college recruiter where she had the pleasure of helping young people through the next stage of life.
Kelly was born and raised on the south side of Chicago and lived several years in the south suburbs where much of her extended family lives. For over 22 years, Kelly, her husband, and four children have resided in LaGrange. Kelly is actively involved in her children's schools, her church, and local organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, reading, baking, playing pickleball, and entertaining.
