Perhaps it's because I was a teacher for 27 years, or maybe it's because buying or selling your home is such an important decision, either way, I am dedicated to educating my clients throughout the buying and selling process. Informed decisions are the best decisions. My attention to detail, professional integrity, effective negotiating skills, and lifelong knowledge of this community is the reputation I've developed.
I began in real estate 17 years ago as a real estate investor with my own company. I renovated and sold or rented my properties. I then pursued my real estate license and have been working in the market ever since. This early experience allows me to bring to my clients a unique quality. I am able to show buyer clients the potential a home has with a few renovations. For my clients selling their homes, I am able to help them achieve the most desired qualities of their homes for which buyers are looking, thus getting top dollar for their properties. Moving to @properties in 2019 allowed me to bring unrivaled marketing resources to my clients.
Having grown up and worked as an educator in this community, I am dedicated to showing buyers new to the area the vast resources and opportunities southwest Michigan provides. I serve on the Lakeshore Excellence Foundation which is a nonprofit organization giving grant money to teachers of the Lakeshore School district of which I taught for 22 years. My passion for this community runs deep.
My services extend beyond the closing date. Past clients still reach out to me for the resources a lifetime of living in this area provides.
