Kirsten was the Chairperson of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® Young Professional Network in 2020-2021 and is an active member of the Global Committee, contributing her insights and expertise to enhance the international real estate market. In 2021, she was named one of Mainstreet's 20 under 40. She is also a proud member of the 2023 Illinois REALTOR® Leadership Development Program, further honing her leadership skills and industry knowledge.
