Additionally, as a top sales representative for a leading information technology company, Marianne honed her skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management. As a residential and commercial real estate investor, Marianne has designed and built two custom homes in Elmhurst and developed four commercial stores across Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Rosemont, and Schaumburg and most recently gutted and remodeled a lakehouse in Wisconsin. Through her experience finding ideal locations for her businesses, she gained valuable insights into suburban markets, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding to guide clients in their real estate decisions.
Marianne has called Elmhurst home for the past 17 years, living there with her husband and three children. Before that, she spent 14 years in Chicago.
