Business Philosophy
"I am always available for my clients and no challenge is too great. I bring my passion for real estate to all my transactions. I use my 25 years of experience as a business owner to navigate the process to a successful closing." ~Tom Hodge
Personal Background
Raised in Bartlett, he experienced the enormous growth of the city from a small town in the early 70's to the very desirable community it is today. Tom became a business owner at 24 by starting a garment dying company in the early 90s. He oversaw ten employees, running production and ran sales and purchasing. He also helped in the development of the products which were sold to Kohl's Department Store, Ben and Jerry's and large events like Summerfest in Milwaukee and the Wisconsin State Fair. When Tom was starting college, he decided he wanted a degree and a trade so while attending his first years of school, he worked full time as a carpenter and continues to use the skills he acquired in his real estate business. Tom currently resides in western St. Charles and is involved in his children's school located in the St Charles school district 303. He enjoys skiing, visiting family in the Rocky Mountains, golfing and most of all spending time with his wife and 3 teenaged sons.
