With over 20 years of sales, marketing, and advertising experience, Stephanie brings her in-depth knowledge to Chicago residential real estate buyers & sellers. She is proud to call herself a "Chicagoan", and for the past 25 years has lived in many of the city's vibrant neighborhoods. Stephanie presently resides on the North Side in Ravenswood with her husband, three sons and dog. She is known for her keen eye as it relates to design and uses this talent to help clients realize the potential as well as see hidden flaws of properties. She is active in the North Side community, including the Lincoln Square Chamber. When not working you can find Stephanie at the Welles Park baseball diamond, soccer field or basketball court. Hobbies include cooking, gardening, travel, book club and hosting parties.
Prior to joining @properties, Stephanie was a top-ranked sales director recognized for contributions to record-setting sales figures, territory expansion, and new account development for national brands such as Martha Stewart, People and Real Simple. A proven sales performer, she brings an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle process and client relationship management while remaining focused on customer satisfaction throughout all stages. Stephanie is an experienced, "fearless" cold-caller and expert presenter, negotiator, and closer.
