As a dedicated professional with over 16 years in Real Estate and more than 30 years enjoying and experiencing life in Chicagoland, Jane brings unbridled enthusiasm to all property-related endeavors. Jane and her husband purchased a Mini-French Provincial in South Oak Park in the weeks before the birth of their twins. From deciding on backsplashes, faucets, roofs, paint colors, and hardwood floors to putting in 32 shrubs and trees on Mother's Day - Jane thoroughly enjoyed the process of economically nurturing the little fix-me-up into a profitable nest egg. Jane and her husband built that adorable home into a Cavalcade of Pride Award-winning home, which paid them for living there as they started their family. They sold at the height of the market and moved into an Oak Park Historic Gunderson District, and did it all over again. The die was cast.
Watching it like a pot on the stove, Jane enjoys strategizing, hiring, and scheduling all the tradespeople (roofers, plumbers, electricians, painters, or hardwood floor people). Her personal experience with property renovations enables her to expertly coach her clients and recommend a tried and true team of tradespeople and Real Estate professionals. Her connections enable seamless and timely property upgrades. Jane is adept at managing the complexities of hiring, scheduling, and negotiating. She dives in and assists her clients to work within the constraints of permitting, planning, and building codes.
Jane understands that Real Estate, at its heart, is an occupation requiring a service mindset. She is available to jump and run any time of day to resolve issues as they arise during the transaction. From living in an International Dorm at College to hosting over 50 students from 18 countries (in her Oak Park home while raising her twins), to working as the Secretary to the Consul General of Egypt - Jane brings with her a capacity to serve clients from every walk of life. As the youngest of nine, Jane nurtures and relishes long-lasting client relationships and is sure to become a trusted advocate and advisor for her clients and their friends and families. When Jane is not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her twin daughters hiking, horseback riding, and shooting photos of nature.

As a strong negotiator and proven manager, Jane guides clients seamlessly through the moments of buying or selling. Before getting into real estate, Jane worked as an Environmental Investigator enabling clients to apply for funds for the environmental cleanup of their commercial properties. She met with public officials and wrote reports for the EPA and IEPA. Her work enabled mom-and-pop owners of contaminated properties to garner funds for cleanup and stay in their businesses. She recently received her MBA with a Specialization in Digital Marketing and has enjoyed a long history in Interior Design Sales and Landscape Design. She will take every step imaginable to enable a smooth transaction on her clients' behalf.
