Rhonda started her career in real estate as an assistant for her sister-in-law, who quickly found her success meant she needed a team. Working as a transaction coordinator over the summer, Rhonda found that she loved the industry immediately and wanted to work with clients as a licensed agent. In 2017, Rhonda ventured solo and joined @properties.
Rhonda spent over 30 years as an elementary school teacher and principal. She found that her background in education was a perfect fit for educating clients on anything related to buying and selling. Her mission is to contribute to making the dreams of homeownership come true by providing exceptional service. Rhonda loves working with all types of clients and feels proud to be an agent with @properties. When you love what you do, it doesn't feel like work at all!
Rhonda was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs and recently moved back to the Fox Valley area after 13 years in Arlington Heights. She has transacted from A-Z, in nearly every area of Chicagoland, from Algonquin to (Lake) Zurich. Her success in the industry can be traced back to her focus on building strong relationships with her clients, that often go far beyond the transaction. Rhonda prides herself on turning them into lasting friendships long after closing day. Her goal is always to help her clients level up. Clients pride Rhonda on her knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication, but most notably her passion for real estate.
In 2021, Rhonda joined the Naperville office and formed a team of her own, The Starr Group. The Starr Group focuses solely on helping buyers and sellers elevate their lifestyle with an extraordinary and exceptional real estate experience.
In her spare time, Rhonda loves to cook and be active: running, biking, and lifting weights. She has served in leadership roles in many organizations such as the Saint Viator Alumni Association, the Saint Viator Booster Board and the Schaumburg Education Association.
