I have been actively selling real estate in the Chicago and North Shore area for over 25 years! My advertising and marketing background for one of the grand old advertising agencies in Chicago (J. Walter Thompson) provided me with the knowledge to design an individualized marketing program based on each particular property. In addition, I have made continuing education a part of my business plan and have spent time learning from the great real estate gurus as well as keeping up with technology and its rapid changes. My referral network of painters, contractors, architects, plumbers, inspectors, attorneys, mortgage brokers, electricians, stagers, etc. has been assembled over a long period of time. I can give you several names for whatever you might need.
My target areas include the north side of the city and the north shore with an emphasis on Evanston, Wilmette, Rogers Park, West Ridge, Edgewater, Andersonville, Ravenswood, Lincoln Square, Albany Park, Mayfair, Kenilworth, and Winnetka. I have sold as far north as Beach Park (on the Wisconsin border) and as far south as Bolingbrook.
Community involvement has always been important to me and I try to participate as much as I can. I served on PTA and Booster boards for all the schools my children attended plus I ran the Concession Stand at ETHS for several years which included a State Swim Meet each year. I spent 14 years delivering "Meals at Home" and I'm currently serving on the governmental affairs committee for the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors.
I also enjoy making music and have done so with a number of good amateur groups including the Chicago Master Singers, The Chicago Bar Association Chorus and Orchestra as well as my local church choir. I'm in a book group that was started by one of my clients and we are still together some 15 years later and I've now sold properties to both of her children.
