Trish San Juan moved from Milwaukee to Chicago in 2003 & started her real estate career two years later. She started her career life in nutrition & photography, however, once she got a taste of real estate, Trish dove in headfirst.
As a self-professed architecture & real estate nerd, Trish works out of passion, rather than just getting the job done. Because she is a natural helper, not a salesperson, her clients have a delightfully different experience. She prides herself on her work ethic, always putting her clients' interests first & continues to be a resource far beyond the closing table.
Though it may seem to her clients that her time is always theirs, Trish also has a life outside of real estate. She is a mom of 2 boys whom she is raising with her husband in the Fulton Market, where she has lived since 2009. They enjoy soaking in the benefits of city living, as well as day trips to their favorite farms, etc. Trish focuses on sustainability in life & as a GREEN REALTOR® & Sustainability Ambassador for the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, she is able to educate & share resources with her clients on how to incorporate sustainability in their homes...& save money in the process.
