With a keen eye for design and extensive knowledge of the Arlington Heights and Palatine markets, Ephie Skoubis brings a unique perspective to every transaction as a broker with The Home Connective. Based in @properties' Arlington Heights office, Ephie is known for her strong work ethic, endless energy and meticulous attention to detail. Whether her clients are interested in selling their home, purchasing a home, or building a brand new one, Ephie will leverage her expertise and industry relationships to make that goal a reality.
Having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Columbia College Chicago, Ephie's talents have perhaps been most prominently displayed in the design and construction of her own custom home in Palatine, where she lives with her real estate attorney husband and has two grown children. Along with her design expertise, Ephie's clients appreciate her unwavering integrity and easygoing yet capable manner. Patient, affable and always ready to help, Ephie strives to make every buying or selling experience nothing short of perfect.
Ephie enjoys traveling to destinations rich in history and architecture—which she considers one of her passions—such as Italy, France, Greece and Spain, and she is fluent in Greek. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, an occasional game of golf and spending time with her family.
