Matt brings to the table a background of greater than two decades of financial market experience combined with an innate knowledge of value when dealing with complex issues involving investments, real estate and the economy. His goals include not only negotiating the best price for his clients but also make the buying and selling of a home or property an enjoyable and seamless process. In addition, Matt has participated on the investment side of the real estate market. Overseeing the capital raise for a Lakeview development allowed Matt to utilize his financial networks and expertise in this successful project. Matt's commitment to service and dedication to his clients' interests allows him to be that trusted advisor people appreciate having in their corner.
Matt is a lifelong Chicagoan, having grown up in Highland Park and moving to the city after graduating from the University of Iowa. Over the past 20 years, Matt has been a renter, condo-owner, homeowner and real estate investor. He has lived and invested in the Gold Coast, River North, Lincoln Park and Lakeview. He has explored many areas of the city and loves how each neighborhood has its own personality.
Matt currently lives in Lincoln Park with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Matt enjoys visiting the lakefront, dining at all of the amazing restaurants throughout the city and coaching baseball for both of his children.
