Rebecca has invested 7 years working for one of Chicago's top real estate attorneys and 2.5 years experience of working on the lending side with one of the top two mortgage brokers in the U.S. During this time, she has gained insight into the needs and concerns of both buyers and sellers and learned of clients’ desire for both an advisor and advocate. Her ability to understand contract terms and the timing of each contingency helps her to effectively educate and guide clients to make the most informed decisions when shopping for the home of their dreams.
In addition, Becca believes it is important to provide her clients with the best and most highly recommended resources (lender, inspector, attorney, contractors, movers & more) to ensure a smooth and successful transaction, which again makes her of a great value to her clients as an advocate and advisor.
In today’s world instant information and response time are super important. Becca prides herself at always being available to clients, regardless of the time. Her clients would vouch for telling you she is hypersensitive to replying to emails, as she wants every client to feel like they are always her only priority.
Becca has deep roots in the community and is actively involved in volunteer efforts. She is currently a resident of Manhattan - she loves lots of land & mowing the grass! Becca grew up in the south suburb of Chicago Heights where her family ran a successful plumbing company (lots of construction knowledge from that experience!) and spent some of her post-college years living in Logan Square in Chicago. Becca has vast geographic market knowledge, so whether you’re suburbs or city, this girl can meet your needs!
When Becca has free time, she loves spent time with her family, cooking, checking out new city restaurants, visiting parks, hiking & travel.
