Ed Schwartz has over 40 years of experience encompassing all facets of commercial real estate. Ed works with clients as a business advisor, providing a deep understanding of the market and the factors that influence it. As a seasoned commercial real estate broker with a keen insight into market trends, Ed specializes in providing real time market-based information and advice to enable middle-market investors and owners make sound business decisions. His experience extends to working with the Federal Bankruptcy Court, family trusts and as a consultant to municipalities.
Ed is a life-long Chicago resident with a deep commitment to community service. He has volunteered on numerous not-for-profit boards. Most notably, he has served as President of the Jane Addams Center Board of Directors and Chairman of the Walter Payton College Preparatory High School Local School Council. Ed has also been instrumental in starting several 501c organizations, including Friends of Bell benefiting the Alexander Graham Bell Elementary School in Chicago. He is currently an active member the Northcenter Neighbors Zoning Committee and Chairman of State Representative Robyn Gabel's Economic Development Advisory Committee. Ed is also a contributor to The Rooftops Project.
