Having sold their 2-flat in Lincoln Square after needing more space to raise a family, Amy and her husband Rich moved to the quaint village of Riverside in the fall of 2000. Knowing instantly that the old house they currently reside in had the potential to become a fantastic project, Amy fell in love, and room by room her vision became a reality as renovations took place. Amy strives to project similar visions with each client as they view potential properties, hoping to see their eyes light up when they've found the perfect place at the right price.
Whether buying or selling, Amy has a passion and a keen eye for identifying the potential a property possesses, and, she believes that any real estate transaction can be an enjoyable journey with the right agent. As a professional with over 10 years of experience, Amy strives for all of her clients to make smart decisions and helps them consider all aspects of the sale, assisting buyers in finding the value a potential home possesses while guiding sellers with preparations to ensure a quick top-dollar sale. Amy's insider knowledge of Riverside and its surrounding communities gives her a unique and powerful insight into the local real estate market and all that the local area has to offer.
In addition to volunteering throughout the years in the local schools and at the Riverside Swim Club, Amy has now taken on the exciting volunteer role as the Holiday Stroll Committee Chair for the Riverside Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers weekly as an art therapist with Jen's Kids, a community outreach program that provides art therapy for children receiving chemotherapy at Loyola Medical Center.
When not working or volunteering, you will find Amy and her husband Rich traveling, visiting their children at their colleges, going to concerts and theater performances in the city, and, one of Amy's favorite things to do, visiting with family and friends.
