For having collected and delivered more than 7 tons of non-perishables to local food pantries in Northfield and Deerfield since 2006.
But perhaps Michael's biggest achievement has been building his business by exceeding his clients' expectations so that he can work almost exclusively by referral.
“Whether moving across town or across the country, it's important for you and your family and friends to have an agent you can trust. I am part of an exclusive network of real estate professionals that operate throughout North America and are committed to serving and providing value to clients before, during and after the transaction. My network has closed approximately $17 Billion in residential sales in 2010 through working by referral.”
Michael has also been actively involved in, and supportive of, the Habitat For Humanity organization. In 2006 Michael flew to Baton Rouge, LA to help build 4 homes in a one week blitz for families whose lives were devastated by Hurricane Katrina. There he worked side by side with not only the families who were going to move into the homes, but also with 100+ Realtors from all over the country with a common goal and interest.
