First licensed in real estate sales in 2010, Paul spent his first 6 years as a Realtor with RE/MAX where his business grew quickly and abruptly in a difficult market saturated with foreclosures & short sales, and that was suffering from a shortage of buyers. Year after year he received RE/MAX awards starting with the "Rising Star" (top rookie) to the "100% Club," and ultimately the "Platinum Club." But in September 2016 it was time for a change, and he moved business platforms from RE/MAX to @properties, a Chicago-born company that was also rapidly growing based on its tech-focus and higher level of agent & client support. Looking to the future, Paul envisioned growing his business further by having a Cary-Grove real estate office, and the owner/officers of @properties saw that growth opportunity as well. In spring of 2018, @properties opened its Cary-Grove satellite office on Route 14 at the bridge between Fox River Grove and Cary for which Paul and "The Cary-Grove Home Team" call home base.
Paul is a proud lifetime resident of Fox River Grove where he raises his family and finds duty in serving the community that he loves. From volunteering as a member of the FRG Lions Club to perennially being a head coach/sponsor with Cary-Grove Youth Baseball & Softball, as well as sponsoring local community events, he feels that it's important to contribute towards upholding the admirable intangibles that make the tight-knit Cary-Grove area unique. When asked what makes it so special here, Paul had lots to say. "They're the kind of small towns where everyone knows everyone and takes care of each other. There's a lot to be said for the generations of families that have remained here to raise their own families and send their children to the same schools they went to. Since 2010, Paul has helped over 600 individuals and families buy or sell their properties, resulting in nothing but rave reviews and confident referrals from his clients. Closing on average over 50 transactions per year and over $200,000,000 in career sales volume has helped Paul earn recognition as a top 20 agent in McHenry County every year since 2013. The North Shore/Barrington Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors have each recognized Paul to be within the top 1% of Realtors. Through his experience comes Paul's extensive market knowledge and process expertise.
