Marilyn Knaus

Marilyn has been a Chicago resident for 30 plus years. She started investing in Real Estate 20 years ago and continues to today. 

Although Real Estate was her first career. Marilyn spent 17 years as a telecommunications marketing executive, negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts for AT&T and other companies with such customers as McDonald's, Walgreens and Motorola. She knows how to specify the details of a deal, understand legal contracts and most importantly, how to negotiate. To this day, that experience has helped Marilyn  guide her clients through the real-estate process from start to finish and make sure they get the best price and value for their home. 

Another valuable experience is the eight years Marilyn spent as the president of her condominium association. She is able to lead potential buyers through the often bewildering maze of condo docs, pointing out the particulars that need to be addressed when making an offer or finalizing a sale.

Marilyn has lived in various neighborhoods throughout her 30 year span of living in the city.. She knows  their history and the ins and outs of each neighborhood. She currently lives in Wrigleyville with her Husband who is a Chicago Fire Department Chief.

Marilyn listens to her clients and knows that they are not only looking for a good investment, but also for a place that will make them happy when they walk in the door.  Marilyn prides her self on her knowledgeable, professional guidance while making a smooth and happy experience in their search for a new home.
