Enrique joined @properties in April 2016 in an office support role and quickly worked his way into management. For six years Enrique trained agents in real estate processes and procedures as Office Manager and acquired an in-depth understanding of contracts and negotiation techniques as a Contract Administrator. His work took him to a variety of @properties offices on the North Shore, in downtown Chicago, and in the Western Suburbs. As a result, Enrique's familiar with neighborhoods across the metropolitan area and enjoys strong relationships with top agents, lenders, and real estate attorneys throughout Chicagoland.
Enrique transitioned from the office to the field in 2022, when he became a licensed broker.
