Prior to joining @properties Christie's International Real Estate, Dawn spent nearly 20 years in a leadership capacity at a Fortune 100 corporation. Demanding roles in operations, corporate communications, and marketing challenged her to develop the skills that now set her apart as a true professional in the real estate market.
Licensed in IL and WI, Dawn can assist clients who may be exploring residence in either state or searching for a vacation property across the border. She is especially passionate about Door County, WI, lake houses, and investment properties. When those 3 come together, Dawn is truly in her element!
Dawn loves to learn and has a strong commitment to excellence. She has taken the time to earn several industry designations and has specialized training in negotiations, senior real estate, seller and buyer representation, and home staging. Dawn uses this knowledge to better serve her clients and give them a competitive advantage in this dynamic market.

In addition to her Master of Business Administration (MBA), Dawn has attained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, and is a Certified Staging Consultant (CSC).
