Ann Johnson

Ann joined @properties in 2015 as well as the top producing team of The Baetzel Group, with over $200 million in career sales.  Ann is passionate about helping her clients find the right home for them and knows that communication is the key.  She takes time to listen to her clients' needs and work closely with them through the entire home buying process.

Ann has lived in Chicago for over a decade and owns a home in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.  Ann draws on both her personal and professional experience to help first-time home buyers prioritize their goals in addition to advising them on issues they may not have considered.

When Ann is not working with clients, she is out exploring the city.  She loves to walk her basset hound through different neighborhoods and discover charming side streets as well as try new restaurants and music venues.  Ann also volunteers with PAWS Chicago and is on the Auditorium Theater Auxiliary Board.
