Jon Frank has worked in the real estate business for over 25 years. Jon attended Brown University for college, where he graduated with honors. Jon also earned his MBA at Harvard University. In May of 2025, Jon will receive his JD from Chicago-Kent Law School in Chicago, which he earned over the course of four years, through the school's evening program. Jon's commitment to learning has served him well throughout his career.
Upon graduating from Brown University in 1999, Jon began his real estate journey at Clarion Partners in New York City, where he worked as an investment banking analyst, before joining for Brisben Companies in Cincinnati, as a developer of affordable housing. After graduating from Harvard with his MBA, Jon then moved to San Francisco where he headed up development for Trammell Crow Residential's Bay Area office. Jon then moved to Chicago in 2007, accepting a role as Vice President of Development for Village Green Companies. In addition to living in China for four years, Jon has also served as CEO of a Midwest-based real estate company, which owns over 2,000 units across eight states.
Jon specializes in piecing together challenging, investor-grade deals. As an experienced executive, developer, broker, and leader, Jon is well-situated to help clients identify and invest in single family, multifamily, commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties across the Metropolitan Chicago Area.
