About Karrin
A real estate professional since 1999, Karrin finds the process of buying, selling, and renting homes truly exciting. She enjoys seeking solutions to the unique concerns of her clients, as well as guiding them through their individual transactions.
Karrin understands that the market is ever-changing and that even the most experienced consumers need guidance and want to have confidence in the professionals they hire. She, therefore, stays educated on market trends and changes to laws and seeks out new and innovative solutions to every new issue she may encounter. Most of all, Karrin understands that homes change lives, so she takes each and every transaction very seriously.
Karrin's first-hand knowledge of the CHICAGO PUBLIC SCHOOLS is key to her ability to help her clients find the right neighborhood for their families. She can also provide knowledge of the CPS process of applying for and testing into selective schools. Both of her sons are graduates of Bell School in the North Center neighborhood and went on to Walter Payton and Jones College Prep schools. Her older son is a graduate of the University of Chicago, where her younger son is a current student. Having possible caught Karrin's love of beautiful homes, her oldest has moved on to Yale University to receive his Masters of Architecture.
- Working with buyers, sellers, investors, tenants, and developers, Karrin always works to build strong relationships with everyone she does business with. Trust & Communication are the most important aspects of the relationship. By working with a detail-oriented approach and steady follow-through, Karrin has had great success helping clients reach their real estate goals. At the end of the day, her negotiation skills are what win the deals!
- A resident of Chicago her whole adult life, Karrin currently lives in North Center. Karrin focuses her business in her own neighborhood, as well as Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Lincoln Square, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, Bucktown, Wicker Park, River North/West, and the South and West Loop. She has extensive knowledge of the city's other neighborhoods, as well as the northern suburbs, and can help her clients get wherever they need to go.
- When not focused on business or kids, Karrin enjoys hot yoga, pilates, biking, swimming, and running. She also loves spending time with family and friends at festivals, concerts, and cultural events, and has participated in triathlons and half-marathons.
- Karrin is a volunteer for Common Pantry North Center which provides food and services for those in need and she is Chair of the annual fundraiser's Silent Auction.
