Coaching and Mentoring: Since 2019, I have been actively coaching and mentoring Real Estate Brokers in the Northwest Suburbs. This includes our highly regarded RE101 program, which is designed to develop new agents and set them on a path to success.
Technology Adoption: I have worked diligently to establish robust interoffice communication channels to enhance the adoption of new tools and technology among our agents. This ensures that our team stays at the forefront of industry advancements.
Agent Growth: My focus is on enabling every agent to overcome growth obstacles, ultimately creating a superior selling experience for our clients. leveraging the @properties Christie's International Real Estate brand and affiliated services to educate prospective buyers and sellers, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Community Engagement: I am deeply committed to strengthening community relations. This involves active involvement with the Chamber Of Commerce and participation in various community-related initiatives. Building strong community ties is essential to our business.
In addition to my professional roles, I am an avid community leader. I have served as a Past Executive Board Member for the Educational Foundation, which serves school district 95, dedicated to enhancing the educational learning experience for all D95 students. I also hold the position of Ambassador Chair for the Lake Zurich Chamber of Commerce, contributing to the local business community. Furthermore, I chair the Professional Standards Committee for the Mainstreet Association of Realtors and NSBAR Association, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld in the real estate industry.
