Margaret is a dynamic and passionate real estate broker. Born and raised in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood, her love for her hometown is strong and true. She graduated from DePaul University with a BA in Communication: Public Relations and also holds an associate's degree in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
Margaret's background includes 10 years of experience in the event industry - planning, designing, and executing high-end social and non-profit events. This experience has provided her with stellar customer service, project management, organizational, marketing, and sales skills - all of which help her excel in real estate. She is a huge advocate of communication and always keeps clients informed.
Whether helping first-time buyers find their dream home, listing a home for a seller ready for change, or assisting investors in expanding their portfolio, Margaret is attentive and hands-on with all her clients. She believes it's essential to understand her clients' needs in order to be instrumental in creating success for them. She takes the time to get to know her clients, helping them decipher their wants, finding property matches, and guiding her clients to the closing successfully. Communication, education, planning, along with some fun are what clients experience when working with Margaret.
Margaret has been featured in the May 2022 issue of Top Agent Magazine as an Area Specialist for Chicagoland along with being featured in Chicago Agent Magazine in their 2022 Who's Who in Chicago Real Estate issue. Most recently, she was included in the Chicago Agent Magazine's 2023 Who's Who in Chicago Real Estate.
When Margaret's not working with clients, she enjoys riding her Peloton, trying out new restaurants visiting old favorites, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, cats, and friends. Margaret has been with @properties Christie's International Real Estate since 2014 and knows joining @properties Christie's International Real Estate was one of her best decisions. She believes @properties Christie's International Real Estate is constantly changing how real estate is done and is proud to be a part of it!
