David Zwarycz is a dedicated Chicago REALTOR® who brings a deep passion for Chicago and its real estate and has sold over $100MM* in homes in the past twelve years. His real estate practice is balanced between single-family homes and condominiums as well as between the city and north and western suburbs. After years of informal partnership, he has merged his efforts with Shay Hata and The Buy Sell Love Chicago Team.
As a firm believer in continuing education and professional agency David is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a member of both the Residential Real Estate Council and the Graduate Real Estate Institute. In addition, he currently sits on the Chicago Association of REALTORS® overseeing Professional Standards. He is an avid(ish?) runner who loves jogs on the lakefront where he sees many of his clients and has raised almost $50,000 in support of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago through their Team to End AIDS.
