What excites DiAne most is when her clients experience that spine-tingling "this is it" feeling when locating the perfect home. An expert at managing details, DiAne focuses on turning that "it" feeling into reality through skillfully managing the team of lenders, attorneys, and agents to ensure everyone is on the same timeline. As a valued resource, she leads productive, informed negotiations and carefully manages the details involved from offer to closing and beyond.
DiAne is an avid renovator who enjoys sharing her passion for combining historic homes with the needs of modern-day living. She has personally renovated five homes and managed a multi-unit rehab. She particularly enjoys kitchen renovations and is known for her work staging properties in preparation for sale. She provides clients with detailed plans and honest feedback for interior and exterior adjustments necessary to successfully position properties for today's buyers.
DiAne lives in Oak Park with her husband and two kids. Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with family, enjoying all that Oak Park and Chicago offer- music and theatre-loving, sports-crazed family!
