Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Rahpheal has a robust and varied professional past. Beginning his career with work in the construction industry, he then transitioned into real estate, specifically investing and management. Additionally, he has also spent time in clothing design and management of custom clothing boutiques.
Looking for a change of pace, his journey brought him to Chicago in 2006. Here he studied fashion and graphic design at the International Academy of Design and Technology. While studying, he furthered his skills by learning sales, management and marketing skills at several boutiques in the Gold Coast, Wicker Park and along the Magnificent Mile. Throughout his time with these companies, Rahpheal consistently excelled in sales, but more importantly, built lasting relationships with his clientele. In 2011 Rahpheal Launched Style Thru Substance, an online tee shirt brand dedicated to creating limited collection tees with the individual in mind.
In 2013, his search for a home in Chicago, reignited his passion for real estate. The immense variety of architecture throughout the neighborhoods of Chicago led him to reconsider how he could combine his love for real estate and design into a new opportunity. Rahpheal decided to pursue residential real estate. After earning his license, he was immediately drawn to the entrepreneurial spirit of atproperties. He looks forward to sharing his passion and putting to use his wide array of professional skills and knowledge.
