Grahm Bailey was born and raised in Michigan City, Indiana. As the son of a veterinarian and hospital owner, Grahm learned very early in his life the importance of quality customer service and acquired the values of discipline, hard work, and perseverance. During high school, Grahm worked closely with the Recording Academy and spent his summers training with Grammy award winning producers and musicians in Southern California. His relentless pursuit of creativity and knowledge soon led him to Bloomington, Indiana where he continued to pursue music while earning a dual-degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Indiana University (IU) in May of 2013.
While at IU, Grahm worked hard to rise to the top in each of his spheres of influence. As a research assistant to Dr. Nosofsky in his Categorization and Memory lab, Grahm worked with participants and analyzed data that provided insight into the inner workings of human memory and cognition. As a musician, Grahm worked hard as the music director for a local church as well as leading multiple groups of musicians to exclusive events and even premier amphitheaters.
Grahm’s hard work also allowed him the honor of induction into the exclusive Hutton Honors College at IU as well as the National Society of Colligate Scholars. In addition to these accomplishments, at only 21-years-old Grahm was hired as Executive Manager of a campus shipping and storage company making him the youngest employee of the company as well as youngest manager to date. During his time there, he directed up to forty employees and served as a consultant saving the company almost $30,000 in 2013.
