Katie has worked in the residential real estate market for over 12 years. During that time she's put together deals in neighborhoods throughout Chicago, but is sought after for her knowledge of the city's near north and surrounding neighborhoods.
Katie has been involved with everything from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors. She takes pride in the relationships she has built with her clients and focuses on creating trust and bringing value to each specific deal. Her integrity and attention to her clients' needs has resulted in a business built upon their referrals.
Prior to joining @properties and ThirdBlvd Group, she was a successful leasing agent in downtown Chicago. Since joining ThirdBlvd and @properties, she has contributed to over $200 Million in team sales.
Katie lives in 'Logandale' with her husband and two children. Building strong contacts and staying involved with local and national organizations help her to stay in tune with the constantly changing market.
