In addition to making the home buying and selling process more enjoyable and less stressful, her business services include complementary consultation and staging, her trade mark “moving folder”, some hands on organizational help, and the list goes on. Susan’s hands on knowledge of the community and all it has to offer has been invaluable in helping her clients settle in to the North Shore.
Keeping her finger on the pulse and current events of the communities, Susan is also active in many organizations and boards. Among them, the Winnetka PTO, the New Comer’s Club, the Northwestern Settlement House board and the Kohl Children’s Museum board.
Growing up on the east coast, Susan attended both Wheaton College and Dartmouth College, and then began a successful career in radio sales. She soon became a National Negotiation Specialist where she worked in major markets including Boston, New York and Chicago.
Now a 20 year resident of Chicago and the north shore, Susan has an established full time real estate career. Dedicated to understanding her clients, their individual needs and timetables, Susan sets an unprecedented level of service, market knowledge, and contract negotiation skills. Susan and her husband have two lovely daughters who are currently enrolled in the Winnetka public schools system.
