With time spent living in both Chicago and the North Shore, Debi is a local expert that understands the diverse neighborhoods of the city and the surrounding suburbs. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Debi was a commodities trader at the Mercantile Exchange; which, now in real estate, has translated into a comprehensive grasp of local markets and explaining market evaluations to her clients. With a background as an entrepreneur, Debi has experience running diverse businesses, and understands the delicate balance of “home” as a financial investment as well as an emotional investment. She guides her clients with expertise and genuine care to make well-rounded and ultimately successful buying and selling decisions; many times long after the transaction has closed.
Debi currently lives in Lincoln Park with her Australian Labradoodle, Ruby. She has been on the board of @givesback and has volunteered her time at Designs 4 Dignity, the Monday Meals program, feeding the homeless and working with applicants for Chicago Scholars. In her free time she seeks out the city’s cultural events, practices yoga, bikes and walks her dog along the lakefront.
