Born and raised in Michigan, Randi was raised with the values of perseverance, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to hard work. From an early age, she applied this mindset to all aspects of her life—academics, athletics, and her career. Her strong work ethic and drive led her into the dynamic world of event design, where she successfully built and managed her own business in Metro Detroit. For years, Randi thrived in the industry, curating unforgettable experiences for clients and establishing herself as a leader in her field.
However, in 2015, after years of growing and refining her company, Randi made the difficult decision to sell her business, setting her sights on a new challenge—real estate. In December 2016, she officially began her journey in the industry, quickly finding her stride and building a promising career. But just as she was gaining momentum, life took an unexpected and devastating turn.
In February 2018, only seven days after celebrating her 32nd birthday, Randi's world was turned upside down. She was rushed to the hospital by ambulance, her body rapidly shutting down. Doctors diagnosed her with multi-organ failure, a brain bleed, and other severe complications. She endured multiple surgeries and suffered a stroke, leaving her in a critical state. For 60 days, Randi remained hospitalized, fighting for her life.
Throughout her time in the hospital, doctors delivered crushing news—she would never walk again. Faced with a choice, Randi could either accept her new reality or fight back with everything she had. True to her nature, she refused to give in. She tackled her recovery with the same determination that had fueled her success in business and athletics.
Fast forward to today, and Randi has defied every expectation. Not only has she regained her mobility, but she has returned to an active lifestyle—playing volleyball in two leagues, working out daily, traveling for real estate conventions, and speaking at events to inspire others with her story. She continues to build and lead successful real estate teams, proving that resilience, determination, and a relentless spirit can overcome even the most daunting obstacles. Most importantly, Randi is embracing the life she has fought for, choosing every day to live on her own terms.
