Loving every minute of her 19 years in commercial and residential real estate, Donna has sold over 150+million in sales and completed more than 200 transactions in the Chicago region. She is an Illinois licensed residential and commercial real estate broker. In 2022, she expanded her territory to western Michigan as a newly licensed real estate agent specializing in sales for land second homes and vacation properties.
Currently with @Properties Christie's International Real Estate, she provides her clients with competitive positioning in complex sales and negotiations. Her clients also benefit from her excellent planning, presentation, and communications throughout the entire transaction process. Her fair and honest style of business is appreciated not only by her cleints, but also the cooperating brokers.
Donna has proven experience in multiple real estate verticals and offers her clients a wide-range of real estate services. Transactions include single-family homes, condominiums, apartment (sales and rentals), multi-family buildings, business brokerage, 1031 exchange, second homes, vacation rentals, and complex commerical real estate deals. Commercial clients include: Trader Joes, Alpha Phi Fraternity, Merek Pet Care, Rex's Place, Kipp Manufacturing, Norms Car Wash, Dominos, and many other Chicago-area businesses.
In her new west Michigan territory, Donna helps client find their dream homes along the lakeshore. She also has extensive knowledge of vacation home rentals and manintenance, as she has constructed and managed her own vacation rentals in the area for 20 years.
Donna Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Loyola University, where she completed her studies in Chicago and two semesters in Rome, Italy. As a member of Chicago Realtors Association, she has gained many designations included: Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certification, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification.
Donna genuine desire to help and make change, has led her to servce on many boards and associations including: Boys Hope Girls Hope, Evanston YMCA, Wilmette Theatre, Orrington, Haven PTA, Team Evanston Soccer, DePaul Univeristy Mom and La Lumiere School Parent, Evanston & Wilmette Chamber of Commerce.
