My name is Donnie, and I have an innate appreciation of houses, design, and architecture. I stayed on the periphery as a mortgage loan originator and title insurance agent for nearly 20 years. In that time, I closed a conservatively estimated 5000 real estate transactions. Buyers, sellers, deeds, and mortgages have consumed more of my life than I care to admit. Yet, I still love it. I still love talking about it and thinking about and I even dream about showing houses.
The excitement for me isn't limited to aesthetics. I also love solving problems and negotiating on behalf of my clients. Successful negotiation demands experience and tenacity, passion and purpose, and is paramount to every real estate transaction. I happen to enjoy that crucial piece and I enjoy explaining it all to my clients.
