Real Estate Broker and REALTOR®, Britt Beene, was born and raised in Dallas, returning to Texas in 2015 to live in Prosper after stops in Chicago and Atlanta. Having grown up in Dallas and an active member of the Prosper community, Britt has extensive knowledge of the Metroplex and the latest trends in this real estate market. Britt has helped many newcomers to the state find the perfect place to settle down and has introduced life-long residents to new areas they wouldn’t have otherwise found. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Britt has had an extensive career in a wide range of fields. Positions in public relations, banking, marketing, commercial construction and education have provided a wealth of industry experience and customer service skills that will all be used for your benefit. She will ensure you know every detail about your transaction and are completely informed and confident during the entire process. In addition to her broker’s license, Britt is a luxury property specialist and holds the NAR Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certifications. She is very involved in the community, serving on the Town of Prosper’s Community Engagement Committee and graduate of the inaugural Prosper Citizens’ Academy. She has also volunteered at ManeGait and works as an advocate for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. When she is not helping out around town, she loves spending weekends at the lake with family and can’t wait to help you find the perfect place to live, play or do business.
