Prior to joining anther brokerage, Leticia was in Human Resources for South America at Delta Air Lines, Inc., based in Santiago, Chile. While with Delta, Leticia played a key role in opening and restructuring stations and consolidating one of the largest Reservations Call Centers in Latin America. Leticia was also involved in recruitment and internal policy selection and development. After embarking as an agent, Leticia gained an appreciation for the needs of homeowners in Evanston and the North Shore through her affiliation with NU and Kellogg as a relocating wife of alumni. Leticia has been recognized as a Top Producer in Evanston in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
