Melinda was born, raised and currently resides on the Northwest Side of Chicago in the Independence Park neighborhood. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois, and holds a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis on Advertising and Marketing. Prior to her 6 years in the real estate industry, Melinda worked in advertising, serving as a Broadcast Negotiator for such clients as AT&T, Miller, Bank of America and Best Buy, mastering the ability to create value for and form a partnership with her clients. She joined @properties as a Broker Associate in January 2011, adding her extensive marketing experience and creativity to the already broad array of talents possessed by @properties professionals.
Melinda takes great pride in her role as your Realtor. As such, it is her job to ensure that your real estate transaction is as efficient and stress-free as possible. During the buying and selling process, she is there to be your counselor and project manager. She will oversee every step of the transaction – scheduling and attending every showing and handling a strong negotiation, attending the inspection, speaking to the attorneys, and be by your side at the closing table.

When she's not busy with clients, Melinda loves to take advantage of this wonderful city with her husband and two daughters. She loves dining, cooking, entertaining, and reading. She is largely involved in her community and her children's school. As a coach and mentor for Girls on the Run, she is able to enjoy one of her favorite activities, running, while preparing girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.
