As a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in the luxury residential industry, Joy has established a well-respected reputation as one of Chicago's premiere brokers. Joy's working values are grounded in prioritizing her client's needs while maintaining confidentiality, providing extensive market knowledge and effectively negotiating on their behalf throughout the entirety of a transaction. In addition, her reputation as being collaborative with her industry colleagues has garnered positive results in a multitude of scenarios including finding exclusive off-market listings for her buyers, to constructively navigating difficult transactions to a successful close.

Joy has been a resident of Chicago for over 20 years and has called Lakeview's Southport Corridor home for 15 years. She specializes in selling real estate in the city and has navigated hundreds of transactions* during her career from studio condominiums to multimillion dollar single family homes. She has extensive listing expertise and has sold in many of the city's most coveted areas, including the Southport Corridor/Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, Bucktown, Roscoe Village, North Center and the South and West Loops.

Joy is also licensed and actively sells in Park City, Utah - her family's mountain retreat. After vacationing there for almost 2 decades she obtained her Utah real estate license in 2021 to better service her Chicago clientele; many of whom own property in this luxury resort town. From the city, to Park City, Joy's expertise in multiple markets provides her clients with a broad, multi-faceted approach to buying and selling.

When not selling real estate, Joy loves spending time with her husband and teenage children - triplet daughters and a son who are all busy athletes. As a family, they enjoy traveling, skiing, attending concerts and baseball games together along with participating in numerous philanthropic efforts including volunteer work through the Chicago Food Depository and National Charity League and past board positions at her local public schools and Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago Guild Board.
