Bob recently retired from General Motors after nearly 39 years of managing a product engineering team and has now joined Benedict Homes, bringing his sharp analytical skills and customer-focused approach to the real estate world. His transition into real estate as a second career has been a rewarding experience, and he feels incredibly fortunate to work in such a fascinating field, helping clients buy or sell their homes.

Chris and Bob have called SE Michigan home for the past 25 years, finding it a fantastic place to raise their family. Before settling there, they lived, studied, and worked in various parts of the country—Chris in Ohio, Iowa, and Georgia, and Bob on the East Coast—and they are grateful to now call the Northville area their home.

For the Benedicts, giving back to the community is a top priority. Over the years, they have taken on various roles within their church and volunteered in many capacities as their boys grew up—whether coaching soccer, managing teams, serving on the PTA Board, or contributing elsewhere. In their spare time, they love reading, running, biking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Recently, Chris and Bob have been enjoying tennis lessons at the Novi Sports Club—it's been a lot of fun, even if their skills haven't improved much!
