Chris and her husband Bob have lived in the area for the past 25 years. They both grew up, went to college, and worked in different parts of the country - Chris in Ohio, Iowa, and Georgia and Bob on the East Coast - and they love living here! Bob recently retired from General Motors, where he managed an engineering group for many years and is now working with Chris as part of Benedict Homes! Thier oldest son is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and is an analyst in the finance industry in Manhattan. Their youngest son recently graduated from Michigan Tech and is a computer engineer living in Rochester, MN. Their fluffy, lovable puppy Rosie keeps them all grounded and happy!
Giving back to the community has been an important part of Chris' life. Over the years she has served in various roles within their church and has volunteered in many different capacities as their boys have grown - soccer coach and manager, PTA Board, etc. In any spare time, Chris loves to read, run, bike, travel and just hang out with family and friends. She has been taking tennis lessons through Novi Sports Club for the past few years!
