Since 1992, Jayne has been involved in the Real Estate business; from commercial multi-family housing, to marketing high-rise apartment buildings, to helping families buy or sell their homes. Jayne's 14 year career in property management includes working with national Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for portfolios with 60+ properties. Her specialties include New Housing Developments from the design phase through lease-up; Developing, refining, and managing brand standards; Transitioning new acquisitions, Consulting on capital improvement ROI; Designing Internet marketing strategies; Training associates on corporate initiatives, operational procedures, software, and brand standards.
