Tammy Wargel joined @ Properties in 2024 and Real Estate is what she does!
She's not afraid of change and brings twenty nine years of experience to the table. She's originally from Warrick county and now currently lives on the North East side of Vanderburgh county with her husband Tim, Dog Reggie and Cat Diamond. When she's not working on Real Estate or Title, she loves to play poker and vacation on the beach.
Tammy is also a Mobile Closing Agent/Notary. She understands the full process from start to finish.
Tammy is proud to say that she's a part of Pay It Forward Local. This is a local Charity that gives back to the community. Tammy serves as a Bingo Caller at Pay It Forward Local.
Tammy loves helping people. She knows that communication is the key to success! She pays attention to what you want and need and even answers her phone after 7pm and on weekends.
