Marc Hoeppner grew up in a small town in northeast Indiana, where he learned the values of honesty and hard work—principles that continue to guide him today. He graduated from DePauw University in 2009 with a degree in Communications, which has been instrumental in shaping his ability to connect and communicate at a high level with both clients and other agents. After graduating, Marc and his wife, Kristen, lived in the Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis before returning to Evansville in 2014.
Since beginning his real estate career in 2015, Marc has been dedicated to helping clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions with integrity and personalized service. Whether clients are buying their first home, selling a property, or investing for the future, Marc provides expert guidance every step of the way.
In 2018, Marc became a partner in The Ellis-Schafer Team, allowing the team to deliver even greater value to clients. Since then, the team has grown and rebranded as The Realty Collective in 2022, reflecting their forward-thinking approach to real estate. Throughout this journey, Marc and his team have consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in their market.
Marc is now excited to embark on a new chapter with @properties, a brand that's new to the area but already one of the top 10 brokerages in the country. The decision to join @properties was driven by a desire to enhance the client experience. Marc lives in Newburgh with his wife and three daughters, Annie, Ellie, and Lottie, along with their dog, Lucy. When he's not negotiating real estate deals, you'll find him at every kids' activity at John H. Castle or on the soccer fields.
