Nancy is a native Midwesterner who has lived in a variety of eclectic Chicago neighborhoods since 1994 and has more than 24 years of experience as a full-time REALTOR®, making her well-versed in the Chicago real estate market. With a downtown focus, her specialty is Lincoln Park, Lakeview/Wrigleyville, Buena Park, Roscoe Village, and North Center, Bucktown & Wicker Park, West Town & Ukrainian Village, as well as the West Loop, Logan Square, Lincoln Square, Margate Park, Uptown, Edgewater and the South Loop, to name a few.
ABOUT NANCY
Nancy graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, where she earned a four-year scholarship and was captain of the women's volleyball team. She compares her relationship with her clients like that of a teammate, working together to create a solid game plan to ensure a successful outcome. Sports are still her passion and in her free time she loves playing clay court tennis at the lakefront. Once the temps drop, she trades racquets & plays paddle/platform tennis throughout the fall & winter, competing in national tournaments around the country. Downtime usually includes taking their loveable dog Radar for long walks along the lakefront and they love hosting dinner parties that include as much euchre as possible. She always enjoys a challenge and it's the same competitive spirit she brings to her athletic endeavors that fuels her success in real estate.
